Are you 65 or over?

Then have your say about health and care services in Greater Nottingham and fill in this online survey

If you are 65 or over (or care for someone who is) we would like to know your views on the health and care services across Greater Nottingham and what is important to you. As services are developed we want to make sure that patient, carer and service user voices are at the centre of things.

Make sure your voice is heard
