Let's Talk-Wellbeing is a service that provides psychological therapies (talking therapies) for people experiencing common difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and stress.
This service is available to adults 18 and over.
Insight Healthcare’s Talking Therapies provides help for people with anxiety, depression and other similar difficulties. The service is free; funded by the NHS.
The service is available to anyone living in the county who is aged 18 and above.

Trent PTS is an approved NHS provider of psychological therapies. They are commissioned to provide free, flexible, responsive and accessible high quality psychological therapy service. They provide treatment for: depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma relationship problems and many other conditions.
You can access the service if you are registered with a GP. If you are not certain use their online self referral form, select your area and check if your GP is on the list or ring on one of our local numbers below and we will advise you of services available to you

ChangePoint Nottinghamshire is an evidence based lifestyle weight management programme designed to help you manage your weight and live a healthier life.
CRI help vulnerable adults and young people to understand the risks their drug or alcohol use pose to their health and wellbeing, and support them to reduce or stop their use safely. Once stability or abstinence has been achieved, we provide aftercare to help maintain recovery and prevent the possibility of a relapse.
They also work with families, children and carers who are affected by the drug or alcohol use of a family member or friend.

The website is compatible with smart phones and tablets, so you can find information when you're on the move. Those without a computer can also access the information in local libraries or children’s centres or by phoning the Customer Service Centre on 0300 500 80 80.
The Health for Teens website, developed by Nottinghamshire County Council Public Health in partnership with Notts NHS Healthcare Trust, is now available for young people to access support for their emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
The website links young people to appropriate local health and wellbeing services, and supports young people to manage their health and wellbeing. It features interactive content, films and quizzes written by experts and includes topics as wide ranging as exam stress to anger management, and from spots to alcohol.
